Nightlife in Magaluf

Magaluf has been a top nightlife destination for many years now. Each and every year thousands of people go to the island of Mallorca to party in Magaluf.

Clubbers are attracted to this location because there are loads of bars, huge nightclubs and top DJs & artists.

Many high profile names have performed here including Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Tinie Tempah and many more. Magaluf does have a bit of a bad reputation but it’s not as bad as everyone says. However, the nightlife isn’t for the faint hearted.

Even if you have been to Ayia Napa, Zante or Kavos, you may still be shocked to what goes on in Magaluf.

Like many clubbing holidays, the bars in Magaluf have PR’s. Most bars will have one or two people trying to lure you into their bar. After a bit it can be really annoying but they do offer great drink deals.

On the strip you will find young party animals who are aged between 18-21 but you’ll also see stag dos, hen parties and a load of lads holidays.

There are loads of different types of parties when you’re in Magaluf. They include paint, foam, popcorn, full moon, pool and washing machine parties. These parties take place in some of the best clubs in Europe.

Bar crawls in Magaluf are quite known to be very insane and that is certainly the case. If you like serious drinking games and like to party very hard then going on a bar crawl is for you.

For live music events look no further than the Stage at BH Mallorca. This place has had some world class artist and DJs perform. Acts who have performed here include David Guetta, Rudimental, Skrillex and Time Temph.

When it comes to bars in Magaluf there are plenty to choose from. There are over 100 bars and most of these are on Punta Bellena which is the name for the strip.

The BCM Square is also a very popular place with lots of bars, and a huge drinking terrace for you to enjoy a good drink.

In the square there are huge TV screens to watch some great sport. Also on the square are DJs, live shows and podium dancers. Ideally, you want to go to Magaluf in June, July , August or September. Theses months are hot and also the nightlife is incredible for clubbers.

Stag dos and hen parties are very welcome at Magaluf, and you will see plenty of stag and hen parties up and down the strip. One popular thing to do for a stag party is to go to the Pirate Adventure show.

This is an incredible show and involves gymnasts, dancers and acrobats. This is a family show, however there is an adult version called Pirate Reloaded. The adult version has less clothes on show and bad language.

Nightclubs and Bars

The nightclub you definitely have to go to is BCM Planet Dance. Each night over 4,000 people are packed into this club and enjoying an incredible 3D Tarm laser show. This place has had many top DJs play such as Calvin Harris and Tiesto.

If there is one nightclub to go whilst in Magaluf then it’s this one. This place defines party. They have a party for everything including foam, paint, water and washing machine parties!

There are many other nightclubs to go to and the best thing to do is to buy a Magaluf Club Pass (MCP) to experience them. This pass gives admission to some fantastic nightclubs, including Boomerang, Bananas, Car Wash (70s, 80s and 90s music), Tokio Joe’s and Honeys Lap Dance Club (if that’s your thing!). Magaluf Club Pass (MCP) is a recommended ticket to buy.

If you like house music and underground clubbing, then you are going to love Project Club. This is on the main strip and the place is rocking every night.

There are loads of bars but we would recommend going to Baywatch, Chaplin’s and Coyote Ugly bar. Other clubs and bars to consider include, Panama Jack Bar, Club 21, the Office Club and Revolution Disco Pub.

In the day you will never be bored. There is so much to do besides sitting around the pool. If you head to the beach you will be welcomed with beautiful, white, sandy beaches.
